1) IENT
gets Alpha ready for ATVI
2) IENT sends Alpha in first two weeks of August
3) Accomplishments to date-
a. Press Release by mid August
b. Artwork development all through
August
c. Brand new AI for auto takeoff,
auto land, and auto attack initiated. Actually work and rather neat.
d. New easy views installed in game.
Cadet view enables new players to see the airplane and the targets.
e. Auto target works so new players can
just right click on target and the AI can fly the attack until
player wants to get the kill!
f. First Instant Action missions
functional.
g. First interface changes functional.
Great new popup with most of the possible commands easily available.
h. New detailed England, English
Channel, and Western Europe terrain functional and working.
i. Hope to have most missions done
by end of August.
4) Projected Milestones
a. Missions done by end of August.
b. Music and Interface done by 15
September
c. Master on 30 September.
d. In stores by October 15th 2003.

1) IENT
and ATVI sign a contract on 10 July.
2) IENT gets first milestone payment and goes to work.
June 2003
1) ATVI
got another 3000 emails from IENT
2) IENT got another offer on the Battle of Britain product.
3) ATVI said they had the HISTORY CHANNEL License for the product.
4) ATVI send a contract on the simulation.
5) ATVI and IENT negotiate

1) ATVI
got three thousand emails from Wild Bill Stealey, IENT CEO.
2) Wild Bill made a trip to Minneapolis and got lost trying to find
ATVI offices.
3) ATVI said lets do a deal
April 2003
1. Activision
Value was IENT's distributor for IENT retail games in the fall of 2003.
ATVI shipped Armored Assault and World War II Air Combat for IENT.
2. IENT got a call from ATVI Business Development about whether IENT
could do a flying game for a potential business partner of ATVI.
3. ATVI Value visited Cary, NC, and immediately took $5 bucks off the
poor IENT founder! (Too many strokes)
